GL GL GL !!!
Maybe a more detailed breadown for the #1 hand...?
Wed went very well. I had a good energy level and managed to put atound 7.5hrs of grind.
I hit 2 times the gym this week - check.
My diet is going well, doing lots of fruits/vegs and drink 3l+ water every day. No alcohol. All the good things I might do for a best performance I keep at good level.
So far so good but I felt burned out after wed long session - a thing I really wanted to avoid. And yesterday my eyes and head hurted like after all night partying waking up after 3hrs of sleep. And so only managed to do 3.3hrs.
Now I am at the sauna chilling and making my mind for another grind when home.
GL all you!Regards,
I thought it will be easier to grind this out to be honest.
This is how it looks like so far.
I made a little note system of my mental game. Where I broke down a few of those that looks to me the most important elements.
Because it is sometimes more difficult to maintain good level of that awareness while putting a lot of hours.
I believe this will strengthen my awareness of how my mind performs. And also will make me more conscious of how variance interacted with my session.
Maybe I should keep using it for the future.
My family is coming back tomorrow which will be my last day of challlenge. Now time final push.
Here is a beast mode track:
looking forward for your summary, Dean! Graph included?
Thanks for the reinforcement, sir @lnternet !
Saturday was nice. Had a good decision level and games were good and running.
Sunday traffic was dead everywhere though. I played ~3hrs 1-3 tabling struggling to find action. My focus level was also not as sharp anymore I made a couple of not optimal decisions and I intended to let it go as it is although it was not a very easy decision.
Graphs I won't post as I haven't checked it but nothing extreme. Might be few K under EV though. I am probalby 2-5k up or so in total @flow
Here is final time played sheet.
I failed with the 42hrs. Felt a bit dissapointed but then failing is part of success and I have to move on.
At some point I would like to come back to this challenge in the near future and perform a second shot.
I think I have a few things that I can improve and come back better prepared to reach it. Like building a night working time sleeping schedule before hand rather than on the go.
Will have to try to negotiate a holiday for my family again it seems
See you soon then!Regards,
