    You just 4b jam and hands like AK (with tight ranges) or AQ/22-99 (with loose ranges) are your bluffs; bluffs in the sense they are not ahead when called and prefer a fold, not necessarily in the sense that better hands fold

    His call turn + fold river hands almost all have a heart, so that's important not to block Although it's true that his river call hands will also have a heart, which you do want to block I think the first effect is bigger here, but could be wrong

    I think he fold KQ/AK to a larger bet, that's all. No fancy reasoning, just think if you bet river at all he can't call those 1pairs. But for a tiny amount of course he will call.

    Line is good. River is check for sure with flush, 3 straights and a bunch of 2pair possible. Maybe you can minbet the river, if you think he wouldn't check strong.. like 5bb? I think I like that, he's unlikely to check KJ+ there I believe. Maybe some…

    Generally check flop, 9x has some showdownvalue of course, and the flop bet on it's own is pretty bad (nothing better folds, low EQ when called). But you want some 9x in your flop betting range to have a balanced betting range (and not 9x heavy check
